Our Refund Policy
We have a 90 day return policy. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards and downloads are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, please provide receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your item is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. Contact your bank or credit card company if you have questions. For refunds delayed longer than 7 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
