Activity-Based Lessons

Engage them right from the start

Students love to learn while having fun, and they have a better chance of retaining concepts when a lesson is connected to an activity. Every Seeding Hearts lesson contains one or more activities that relate directly to the study. The activities are also a great way to get students talking and help you connect with them.

SOME MATERIALS REQUIRED

Most activities require a few supplies. A materials list is provided in the Preparation section at the front of each week's lesson. You will find that some of the items are ones you already have or can gather over time. It's a good idea in the beginning to review every list for the entire series and plan ahead.

INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS

Some activities might require some practice ahead of time to be sure they run smoothly. In addition to the written instructions in the leader guide, videos demonstrating the activities are provided HERE on our site to help you prepare.
